Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return, your item will need to be unused and in the same condition you received it in. Be in the original packaging with the date/proof of purchase.

Once your purchase is received and inspected by us you will be notified by email your returned item arrived. Also the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once accepted your refund will be processed, and a credit refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or your nominated bank account.

Late or missing refunds

Reasons for no refund

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

No refunds will be offered for change of mind. Or if your purchase differs slightly from the photographs displayed before purchase. The product descriptions notify you items are made from available fabrics.

Gifts

Items ordered as Gifts when purchased and shipped directly to you. Once the returned item is received by us in excellent order and it is deemed a refund is due. You will then receive a credit for the value of your returned item.

Items marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. We will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase.

Shipping costs are refundable if the item damaged is a fault of ours.

When returning expensive items, you will need to return them in a way not causing further damage. We do not guarantee the state that we will receive your returned item when another party has shipped it to us on your behalf. Do send the Proof of postage/shipping using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
